E-Cell 3.1.108 Released

We are proud to announce the availability of the latest version of E-Cell System, 3.1.108.

The highlights of these releases are as follows:

• Improved differential steppers for more accuracy
• Migration to gtk.Builder. GUI frontends no longer require libglade / pyglade.
• x86_64 support on Windows (XP, Vista and 7)

3.1.108 is a maintenance release of 3.1 series and it is terminated as of this release. Users are strongly encouraged to migrate to 3.2.0 if possible.
