E-Cell Common Rules Format Specification

The E-Cell Project is currently working on a common specification and underlying platform for a grammar that will allow for specifying biochemical networks using rules. This folder contains files and information relevant to that work.

Draft of rules format specification: This is a draft copy of a rnc (relax ng compact form) format specification of the ECRF file format.
Tentative example file produced in workshop: This is the file which is the original example of the E-Cell common rules format we produced at the workshop
