MCA Project

Metabolic Control Analysis (MCA) is the method to analyze a metabolic system, and indicates how a system is controlled by the elements - the component enzymes or kinetic parameters. An sensitivity analysis (dynamic) and metabolic pathway analysis (static) is also included as one of MCA scripts. It'll be necessary for modeling and, of course, analysing a largescale metabolic system. You can use it easily as a script library on E-Cell3 SE. Please join it :-)
